SCULPT & SOUND

Join us for a dynamic pilates sculpt class focusing on the classical pilates method, prioritizing the breath, body control and core engagement.

Participants will learn foundational pilates movement and sculpt variations, great for increasing muscle strength, improving flexibility and developing a stronger inner core. This class will be all on a mat and recommended for new and seasoned practitioners.

We will wind down with a relaxing Sound Bath. Participants will be immersed in soothing sounds that will promote relaxation and harmonize your energy. Crystal bowls produce clear, high frequency sounds known to cleanse, balance energy in your body and help regulate the nervous system.

Refreshments will be provided- all you need is a mat! (we have extras if you need one)
