Who: All runners, all levels of experience! Walkers welcome as well.How it works: This is an out and back that will take you onto the Red Lion Mile rail trail. We follow Railroad Lane heading north until it ends behind St Paul’s Church. From there you go left onto the Red Lion Mile and follow it to where it ends on Springwood Rd. Feeling froggy? You can always cross the road and up the hill through Equine Medows before turning around to head back! Socializing to follow inside Scrubby’s immediately after!
