Scribbles of Strength: Full Circle Group

Facilitator, Emily Coolbeth, will guide participants through a short meditation and several writing exercises designed to tap into both areas of joy and gratitude as well as hurt and woundedness in order to address, honor, and transform our places of pain into places of power. Students may be asked to write letters to their suffering and/or to name their wounds as fictional characters in a narrative. While sharing is encouraged, it is not required.

As the facilitator believes that all persons have areas in their life that need healing, the workshop is open to anyone who feels emotion and is ready and willing to be authentic and vulnerable. No writing experience is necessary.

Participants are able to attend in-person or virtually.
