Everything is TOO MUCH, and I want to scream pretty much on the daily. I cannot be dissociating on my phone for the rest of my life. I have things to do. I know I am not alone in this, and in fact, CNN featured a couple of awesome people in Chicago who started "Scream Club," and I love that for them. I'd love that for US. Let's do it here at home, okay?
I'll kick this one off and see what the vibe is, then maybe do it weekly? I don't know. I just know I need to stop texting "do you want to scream into the void with me?" to my friends and MAKE IT HAPPEN IRL. Players make plays.

No fighting or being ridiculous. I have had enough of that. I am a 44-year-old perimenopausal single mom, and I will not be having any of that energy around me, and you shouldn't want that around you, either. Scream it out instead, boo boo.
