We’ll safely warm up the throat and diaphragm so your scream can move stuck tension without straining your voice.
🔥 Screaming Ritual
A supported, cathartic release of held emotions—grief, rage, frustration, anything that needs to move.
💃 Ecstatic Dance
We’ll transition into free, intuitive dance to let the body complete the emotional cycle through rhythm, movement, and joy.
🍵 Tea, Water + Light Refreshments
Nourishment and grounding provided before and after the session.
