Scrapbook & Sip: Baby Book Workshop for Moms + Toddler Sensory Play

You have hundreds of photos. You have the intention. You just haven’t had the time, the tools, or the right crew to make it happen.

Scrapbook & Sip is a monthly creative morning for moms of babies and toddlers, hosted by My Good Brain at our Liberty Station studio in Point Loma. Each session is a warm, low-pressure space where you get to slow down, get crafty, and actually make progress on your child’s baby book — while your little one plays at their own supervised sensory art station nearby.

This is not a drop-off program. Toddlers stay with you in the studio but have their own engaging developmental activity so you can focus, breathe, and create.

✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Learn beginner-friendly scrapbooking techniques from our facilitator
• Complete 3–5 baby book pages during the session using provided materials
• Connect and mingle with other moms in the Point Loma community
• Enjoy coffee, tea, and light snacks during our welcome window

🏡 WHAT YOUR TODDLER WILL DO

• Explore a guided sensory art station designed by our clinical team
• Each month features a different activity (think: cloud dough, watercolor resist, nature collage, and more)
• Take home their own little art piece from the session
• Every activity is designed to support fine motor skills and emotional development — because that’s what My Good Brain is all about

Each month has a different baby book theme and toddler activity, so every session is a fresh experience. Come once or collect them all.

⏰ WHEN

Third Saturday of every month (unless otherwise noted), 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Doors open at 9:45 AM for early mingling

🎫 TICKETS

• General Admission: $60 per mom (includes your toddler)
• Starter Bundle: $75 (includes a baby book album cover kit + MGB keepsake envelope)
• 3-Month Series Pass: $150 (save $30 — lock in your spot for 3 consecutive monthly sessions)

Space is intentionally small and cozy. We cap registration at 10 moms so everyone gets personal attention. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Our Liberty Station studio is home to creative programs, community events, and workshops that support children’s mental health — and the families who raise them.
