Scrap Buster Sewing Class – Make Patchwork Blocks from Fabric ScrapsPut your leftover fabric scraps to good use in this fun and creative Scrap Buster Class! Learn how to turn small pieces of fabric into beautiful patchwork blocks while improving your sewing skills and enjoying a social session. You'll need to have some basic sewing/patchwork skills.
In this 2-hour class, you’ll:
- Learn layout and sewing techniques for scrap-based blocks
- Get inspired by different styles and colour combinations
- Work on blocks that can later be turned into quilts, cushion covers, or bags
About the Tutor: Sarah is an experienced patchworker who enjoys getting the most out of her fabrics and bringing people together. She brings a friendly and inclusive energy to her classes, making them perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike.
Class Fee: $60

What to Bring:
- Fabric scraps (cotton or patchwork)

Our space is accessible for walkers, wheelchairs and gophers.
The toilet facilities are accessible.
We have a fridge, microwave & sandwich toaster.
Kettle, tea & coffee available
