Hey Everyone !! Its time for 2nd event of the year: Our Annual Savannah New Yorkers Club Holiday POTLUCK SOCIAL / charity food drive for local pets in need
_FORMAT: Potluck social - bring your favorite dish of food
_ Attire: Casual - come as you are
_ Friends? Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend
_ Beverages: The host provides soft drinks/soda, if you like wine or something else - you are welcome to bring
_COST: Free to attend - we are asking for animal rescue donations - see below:
_ENTERTAINMENT: Does anyone in our group: Sing? play a musical instrument? love to have you entertain our members !! need to bring microphone and equipment.
CHARITY PET FOOD & PET TOY/BLANKET SUPPLIES DRIVE : we are working with Chatham90 the coalition of local Animal Rescue groups for a PAWS FOR THE HOLIDAYS, -to collect, donations, pet food, pet toys, blankets, supplies. These need to be in new/good clean condition.
What happens at this event:
JUST SOCIAL - all we do is bring in food, pet donations, and then stand around/ sit around and chat - Everyone gets a name tag with where you are from and around 3PM - we'll have a quick check in - and go around room each person states:
1) your name and
2) where you are from
3) When.what brought you to Savannah
4) Where you now live in Savannah -what part ?
- helps people to get to know each other
COMPLETELY SOCIAL !!
