The 2nd Annual Yosemite Highland Games return to Oakhurst as part of Yosemite Celtic Festival, October 17 & 18, 2026, at the Oakhurst Community Center.
Athletes are invited to compete in Scottish Heavy Athletics in the beautiful Yosemite mountain area, bringing strength, tradition, skill, and community together for a full weekend of Celtic celebration. Guests will have the opportunity to watch classic Highland Games events, cheer on competitors, and experience the power and pageantry of Scottish athletic tradition.
Hosted at Yosemite Celtic Festival, the Yosemite Highland Games are part of a larger weekend featuring Celtic music, WUSPBA piping and drumming competitions, Heritage Tents, living history, vendors, food, whiskey tasting, family activities, and more.
