Photographs from local photographer Scott Stout are on display now until November 19 in the Virgil Getto Hall Gallery at Western Nevada’s Fallons Campus. Scott is drawn to the wild—the sudden flight of a bird, the watchful eyes of a predator, the quiet presence of an animal moving through its world. From the mountains of Colorado to the open country of Nevada and far beyond, his photographs seek those fleeting encounters when nature reveals itself. Each image is a small window into a wilder world—untamed, unpredictable, and beautiful.
The gallery is located at 160 Campus Way, Fallon and open Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, closed on school holidays. Admission is free. Campus Hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. and Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
