Experience the extraordinary blues ensemble Scott Smith & the Double Shuffle, live at Mel Lehan Hall. You loved Scott Smith at our first event in June 2024. Be sure to see him again, at our first 2025 Shuffle 'n' Blues in January.
Scott Smith's diverse set-list that traverses various blues subgenres: From the raw intensity of Whiskey blues to the poignant melodies of Blues Ballads; from gritty Texas Blues to electrifying rhythms of Chicago blues.
The music will be Blues and Lindy Hop-friendly; all levels of dance experience and skill are welcome.
Anticipate a captivating evening as the ensemble leads us through a journey of varied tempos and song choices. The first live set will offer a moderately upbeat rhythm, gradually shifting to a slower pace of relaxed and expressive melodies by the third set.
