New Moon Mill Sound Bath under the Scorpio New Moon Wednesday 19th November from 7 - 9pm
Scorpio is deep, intense, transformative and brings an opportunity to be introspective and honest.
Join me for an evening of intention setting, heart opening cacao and sound healing. Together we will be still. We will take time out of our busy lives, to be in our bodies, release our minds from being constantly active and open our hearts to all that wants to come through.
This is gentle healing, allowing our bodies to relax back in to their natural frequency state.
We will gather together in the mill house, a warm and welcoming space to hold you in the darker, colder months.
All the cosy extras are included - mats, rugs, blankets, cushions, bolsters, eye masks. So just bring yourself and a journal and crystal if you wish.
