Scoops and Sirens invites kids to meet Seabrook first responders for a morning of stories, ice cream, and emergency vehicles. The free event runs from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the Evelyn Meador Branch Library, 2400 North Meyer Avenue in Seabrook.
Children will enjoy a special story time with officers and firefighters, then build their own ice cream sundaes with a variety of toppings. They will also get to see a real police car and fire truck up close. It is a relaxed, welcoming way for young children to meet the community helpers who keep Seabrook safe.
The event is geared toward kids and families, and parking is available at the library.
