Ghost Hunting at the Manor house are certainly not for the faint hearted.Scolton Manor, a breathtaking Grade II listed country house dating back to 1840, is situated on the edge of Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park. While its scenic surroundings enhance its charm, the atmosphere shifts dramatically at night. Numerous tales suggest that the manor is haunted, with the Higgon family, a prominent Pembrokeshire lineage, linked to the eerie occurrences. Lt Col John Henry Victor Higgon (1902-1987), the last resident and one of three family members to serve as High Sheriff of Pembrokeshire, is often mentioned in these stories. Guests and staff have reported unusual phenomena, such as footsteps, singing, and voices emanating from empty rooms, along with shadowy figures seen wandering through deserted hallways.
