Jointly presented by the Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO) and the National Library Board, and hosted by SCO’s Principal Conductor, Quek Ling Kiong, this engaging talk will feature Yan Huichang, Artistic Director of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra (HKCO) and recipient of the Singapore Cultural Medallion.
