Lightning Talks

WHAT IS A LIGHTNING TALK? A lightning talk is a short, focused presentation of about 5 mins, designed to deliver a key message, idea, or update quickly and engagingly - to spark interest and encourage networking.

For our lightning talks we will be joined by a number of local organisations and community groups sharing stories, challenges, and opportunities.

Speakers TBA shortly.

Food

TBA shortly. Expect tasty food and refreshments with vegan friendly options.

Sharing and Collecting Insights

Throughout the session there is the opportunity to share and collecting insights on land-based issues and opportunities in Sheffield - one way we will be doing so is through a collective map. Come along to find out more!

AGM

As part of our AGM we will share our annual presentation - an overview of our annual report including key updates, directions, and decisions to be voted on by our membership - primarily the electing of new board members. Throughout the evening there will also be opportunities and resources to capture your thoughts and callouts for ways you may be able to help us in how we achieve our aims.

Votes from members to elect our new board members will be taken during the session. If you are not able to attend, or would like to secure your vote now, you can view our candidates and secure your vote now via this link: linktr.ee/sheffieldclt (voting closes 24/04/26).
