SciFest: Science Extravaganza

Join us as we turn the library into the sci-brary! Explore hands-on science activities presented by local scientists and sci-thusiasts.
Shine a light on the human body with Neenah Public Library, explore nature with Apple Creek YMCA, see inside a sturgeon with Wisconsin Sea Grant, and discover how chemistry builds our world with American Chemical Society’s Chemistry Under Construction.
Get creative with a community art and science project! Add your piece alongside contributions from children, families, and adults in communities across the region. Sponsored by Wisconsin Science Festival and Wisconsin Sea Grant, the project will come together as one shared artwork—and Neenah participants will take home a piece of the experience!
All ages are welcome. Hands-on activities are geared for ages 5 – 13.
Program will run from approximately 10:30am - Noon. This is a drop-in program.
No registration required. While activities are ideal for ages 5 and up, all ages are welcome. A parent, caregiver, or responsible older child must be within sight and sound of children under 9.
This program will be held inside the library in the Shattuck Room.
