About this Event
Every Tuesday night, we're hosting Scientology Network TV watch parties.
Enjoy the week's prime time shows, going inside our Churches from around the world, meeting Scientologists from all walks of life and seeing our humanitarian campaigns in action.
This week, we feature Greek videographer Lambros Malamas from Meet a Scientologist:
Lambros Malamas is a filmmaker prominent for capturing the timeless beauty of Greece. Using drone videography, he showcases the country’s stunning landscapes and ancient ruins and reveals some previously undiscovered historical sites.
About Lambros Malamas
Lambros Malamas, born and raised in Athens, Greece, developed a passion for photography as a child, inspired by the slide shows his father created for their family.
Before his teens, he was documenting travels and family gatherings on video.
When drone technology became available, he saw an opportunity to explore his country from a new perspective, soaring above historic villages, natural wonders and archaeological landmarks.
He combined a love of Greek history and film to research key events and venture into remote regions, filming the very places where history was made.
Today, his videos are featured on national TV, tourism campaigns and websites, sharing Greece’s timeless story with the world.
About the series
Follow the stories of fascinating people on the cutting edge of art, science, sports, medicine, entertainment and more, who also just happen to be Scientologists. Each week, Scientologists from around the world are featured in this interview-driven series that combines intimate and emotionally uplifting portrayals on their journey to the top of their fields with honest discussions on the influential role Scientology played in their personal lives and how it helped them excel in their professional endeavors.
