Looking for something fun and educational to do with your kids on a random Tuesday summer night? Join us for Science in Your Pocket (Park) on Tuesday, July 21, from 6-8 PM at the Historic Meridian Park Pocket Park (209 E. 33rd St.) for a free evening of hands-on science fun for kids and families!
Meet live wild animals from Silly Safaris (starting at 6 PM), test your skills with an animal matching brain game, take on the prism goggles baggo challenge, make giant bubbles, and enjoy even more interactive science activities. Professors from IU Indianapolis will be on hand to lead activities, answer questions, and help kids explore the exciting world of science.
Whether your child loves animals, experiments, or simply getting very messy, there's something for everyone at Science in Your Pocket (Park). Grab the kids, bring your curiosity, and spend a summer evening exploring science right here in your neighborhood!
Additional details: Kids should dress to get a little messy. Event is weather-dependent. Cancellations will be announced on the HMP Facebook Group and Instagram channels.
