Science Club Abingdon - Colour Mixology (Ages 5-9)

Experiment and explore the science behind light and colour. Make a test tube rainbow with skittles, mix light and shadow with filters and create new colours with pen chromatography to take home. See sparkling flame demonstrations for an “ooh and ahh!”.

Suitable for ages 5-9

Children must be accompanied by an adult. These family workshops are designed for you and your child to learn from each other and work together while trying out new things.

Each ticket includes your timed Saturday Science Club session for 1 child and accompanying adult/s.

The Yang Science Centre is accessible through Faringdon Lodge, at the left end of the Abingdon School Sports Centre car park. The car park is reserved for the sports centre, please use other parking or transport options.
