What’s that? You don’t want to sing alone? Then get your group act together and bring them to the contest!
The Schuylkill County Sing-Off is the area's Biggest Karaoke Contest. 30 contestants will compete for cash prizes on April 19th from 2-6pm at the Walk In Art Center in Schuylkill Haven. Prizes are $100 for First, $75 for Second, and $50 for Third. There is a $10 entry fee to participate.
There are only 30 slots for contestants so register early.

There will be 3 rounds of singing:
Round 1: All contestants sing their 1st choice song
Round 2: Top 10 scorers will sing their 2nd choice song
Round 3: Top 5 will sing a Kamikaze Karaoke song (a well-known song drawn from a hat)
Contestants will be judged by an independent panel of professional singers in these areas:
Pitch--Accuracy of notes and vocal control
Tonality--Vocal tone, quality, and consistency
Timing--Rhythm, pacing, and staying on beat
Crowd Interaction--Engagement, confidence, and stage presence
Originality--Unique style, creativity, and interpretation
Did you see that "Crowd Interaction" category? Bring the biggest posse of friends and supporters to really grow this score! There is a $5 admission for spectators. Impress the panel of judges, and the audience, because they will be deciding the winners!
Food, beverages (adult and otherwise), and desserts available for purchase. There will also be 50/50 drawings, a ticket/basket raffle, and other fun activities. Come have a great time with us!
