Due to an overwhelming response to this amazing event for both our sponsors and Jeremy Schultz we need to make it a visual event so we can track numbers for catering! Please see subsequent posts that will come out over the next couple of weeks, sharing donations, promoting the event and talking about all the good things to come.
Food will be capped at approximately 140 servings and a list will be created with players, sponsors and those associated with the club given first priority. The clubs committee (along with me) will be managing this and we will do our best to accomodate everyone.
What do we need from you?
For now please RSVP if you intend to be present for the event and if you plan to stay on for food. If we receive a significant response over 140 we will certainly reassess with our vendor.
So if you want to on the list for some delicious Vietnamese food then please RSVP as soon as possible.
RSVP’s are required by the 1st of Feb (Sunday).
