Schubert Vaz & the Jazz Nation

Founded in 2004 by pianist and keyboardist Schubert Vaz, Jazz Nation is a six-member jazz ensemble. Vaz, whose career spans over four decades at the Trident in Nariman Point, is known for his mastery of the piano and keyboard.

Over the years, Jazz Nation has carved out a niche by blending mainstream and contemporary jazz with jazz funk and jazz rock. Seasoned musicians with over two decades of experience in diverse musical landscapes help showcase their versatility as a band to seamlessly navigate intricate improvisations, rhythmic explorations and melodies for a dynamic performance.
