School's Out: How Out of School Programs are Shaping North Dakota Youth spotlights the current impact of programs and contemplates the resources needed to make programs successful.
Follow along with 6-year-old Lincoln and his mom, Emily, from the Regional After School Program (RASP) in Dickinson as they underscore the benefits of OST programs for working families. Hit the road with RASP as they strengthen learning through hands-on experiences at local organizations like North Dakota's Gateway to Science in Bismarck. Glimpse inside the Boys and Girls Club of the Red River Valley in Fargo as Jocelyn and other teens build life skills and relationships with mentors. Wrap up the film with high school junior, Jessica, from North Valley Career and Technical Center, as she completes her third internship in Grafton.
After the film, get your OST questions answered from a panel of industry experts moderated by Lieutenant Governor Michelle Strinden.
