Every year, we celebrate the return of the school year in Woodford County with our Schools In, Moms Win Shopping Morning in downtown Versailles!
After school drop-off, treat yourself to a morning of coffee, strolling, shopping and camaraderie with other local moms. Whether you’re celebrating the return of routines or feeling a little tender about sending your kids back, this morning is meant to help you mingle, recharge and lift your spirits.
But shhhhh… Tiny Bird Books is adding a quiet little twist this year with the launch of our Silent Reading Club! 📚
Bring the book you’re currently reading or pick out something new when you arrive, settle into a cozy spot and enjoy a peaceful stretch of uninterrupted reading time carved out just for you.

☕️ 9:00–9:30 AM: Welcome, shopping and mingling
📖 9:30–11:00 AM: Quiet reading time
There’s no assigned book, no discussion questions and no pressure to socialize. Just readers gathering together to enjoy their own books in companionable silence.
