Run, Jump & Throw for Primary Teachers and Volunteers

Led by Susan Deacon from Scottish Athletics, this course supports inclusive and engaging athletics delivery in schools. The resource focuses on running, jumping, and throwing—core movements that underpin most sports. It includes three development stages (ages 5–12), each with schemes of work, six-week lesson plans, and over 20 activity cards. Additional materials cover pupil progress tracking and inclusion tips.
