School Nurses Conference

The Program is co-sponsored by: Westchester Coalition for Drug and Alcohol Free Youth; Westchester Putnam School Nurses, Zone 4 of the NY State Association of School Nurses; The Prevention Council of Putnam; Student Assistance Services Corporation.

Registration is free for nurses in public, private and parochial middle & high schools in Westchester, Putnam, & Dutchess Counties. For nurses in schools outside of the Westchester, Putnam, & Dutchess Counties , the registration fee is $100 (includes continental breakfast & lunch.) Please contact Student Assistance Services at (914) 332-1300 to register if outside Westchester, Putnam, & Dutchess Counties.

To receive a certificate, participants must arrive on time and attend the entire conference.

5 CEUs will be offered for your full attendance to this conference.

No certificates for partial attendance will be given.
