About this Event
These school holidays, Omni Wellness in Geelong is welcoming children and families to our calm, gentle Light Therapy sessions. If your child finds it hard to switch off, regulate emotions, or simply settle, this is for you.
WHAT IS LIGHT THERAPY?
Our EESystem Light Therapy works at a cellular level, gently recharging the body and supporting the brain toward a whole-brain state that encourages focus, emotional regulation, calmer behaviour, and better sleep. Many families notice meaningful changes after just a few sessions.
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Your child simply comes in, finds a spot, and relaxes in our peaceful EESystem Lounge. They can play, draw, bring a favourite game or toy, or simply rest. There is no effort required and no sitting still expected. You stay alongside your child for the entire session and benefit from the experience too.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
These sessions are welcoming to all children and families, and are particularly supportive for children with ADHD, sensory sensitivities, autism, anxiety, or nervous system dysregulation. No diagnosis or referral required. These sessions are also perfect for any family simply looking to recharge and reset their wellbeing together.
