Schmall Bros is a dynamic group, ranging from an acoustic duo to trio to full band, featuring brothers AJ and Aidan Schmall. Raised in Dixon, Illinois, the two combine strong vocals, natural chemistry, and a versatile repertoire spanning rock, country, pop, and soul.
AJ is a vocalist, guitarist, and frontman of Grandview Groove, an eight-piece wedding and events band. Having shared festival stages with artists including Blind Melon, Everclear, and members of Chicago, he brings years of professional performance experience to the duo. Aidan complements that experience with an outgoing personality, strong vocals, and a knack for connecting with audiences, drawing from his work with local bands Zero to Sex and CB Radio.
Whether they’re playing a festival, brewery, private event, or hometown venue, Schmall Bros delivers familiar songs, genuine audience interaction, and a show that never takes itself too seriously.
