Waarom een banenmarkt?
Op Schiphol is veel werkgelegenheid. Tijdens de banenmarkt Schiphol laten zo’n 50 bedrijven die op en rond Schiphol gevestigd zijn, zien wat het werken bij hen interessant maakt. Werkzoekenden kunnen in gesprek gaan met werkgevers over de openstaande vacatures.

Overwegend operationele vacatures
Op de luchthaven is de vraag vooral groot naar operationele medewerkers in de (vlucht-)afhandeling, cargo-logistiek, facilitaire dienstverlening, beveiliging, techniek, vervoer, schoonmaak, horeca en retail.

Aanmelden voor een van de vier tijdslots
Om voor iedereen voldoende tijd te hebben, wordt er gewerkt met vier verschillende tijdslots tussen 10.00 en 15.00 uur. Het is verplicht om je aan te melden voor een van de vier tijdslots voor je komt.

Mensen met een begeleidingsbehoefte
Ondanks de arbeidsmarktkrapte zijn er nog steeds mensen die het niet lukt om een passende baan te vinden. Ook voor werkzoekenden die begeleiding nodig hebben is er een plek op Schiphol.

Why a job fair?
There are many job opportunities at Schiphol. During the Schiphol job fair, around 50 companies based in and around Schiphol will showcase what makes working with them interesting. Job seekers can talk to employers about the available vacancies.

Mainly operational vacancies
At the airport, there is a high demand for operational staff in areas such as (flight) handling, cargo logistics, facility services, security, engineering, transportation, cleaning, hospitality, and retail.

Register for one of the four time slots
To ensure everyone has enough time, we are working with four different time slots between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. It is mandatory to register for one of the four time slots before you come.

People with support needs
Despite the tight labor market, there are still people who struggle to find a suitable job. There is also a place at Schiphol for job seekers who need guidance.
