Schertz/Cibolo TWO Veterans & First Responders Breakfast - Give Back November

If you missed The Grounding Force last week, you still have a chance to experience a little bit of what we shared!
This Friday, Tim Thomas, former Aussie Special Forces Commando and founder/owner of Breathwork in Bed will be joining us for our monthly breakfast. You'll get to learn a bit about him and he will share with your the tools we already carry with us every day to either start or enhance our healing journey.Novemer is one of my favorite breakfasts! This is our Give Back Month. November is the month we give back to our community.
In the 2 previous years we've:
🎄 made ornaments and given them to our Senior population through Meals on Wheels and Floresville Veteran Assisted Living Facility.
🎁collected blankets and sleeping bags and given them out to our Veterans & First Responders through SACVF, Touchstone Assisted Living Facilities.
This year we have two give backs!
The first is our "Gratitude Fee". Bring a pair of gently used shoes, boots, sneakers, slippers to breakfast. We are helping the San Antonio Airport Rotary Club collect shoes they will turn into funds to support our Veterans & First Responders.
The second...well that one I'm leaving a surprise. Promise it does not involve money, physical labor or unethical practices...just a little bit of your time and heart at breakfast.
