Open to the public - Come join us on Wednesday, June 10th. The business meeting starts promptly at 7:00 pm. Spring Valley Nature Center, 1111 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
Speaker for the evening – Joe Lecroy
After recovering from a serious illness in 2004, Joe turned to natural gardening as a way to reconnect with the environment and promote healthier ecosystems. Since then, Joe has been dedicated to using native plants and sustainable practices to support wildlife, especially pollinators. He previously served as a board member of Wild Ones–Greater DuPage Chapter and currently serves on the board of the DuPage Organic Garden Club. In 2026, Joe Lecroy received the Conservation at Home Award from The Conservation Foundation in recognition of his efforts. He also runs the Facebook page “Saving Monarchs,” which he has grown over the past 11 years to a community of more than 78,000 followers focused on conservation, habitat restoration, and helping save the planet.
