For years, the stones of the historic Shrewsbury Prison have held silent stories and tales of confinement, reflection, and hidden human resilience. In November, as the light grows dim and the atmosphere becomes charged, Snap Network is cracking the walls open to unlock its hidden potential.
Welcome to Scene 7.11: Locked In a high-concept photography event where the stark, dramatic beauty of this abandoned prison space becomes the stage for your personal narrative.
This isn't about ghosts or jump scares. This is about art, atmosphere, and empowerment. We are challenging you to step into a location steeped in history and use its powerful shadows and textures to tell a story of freedom, creativity, and self-expression.
The Venue: The Ultimate Blank Slate
Shrewsbury Prison offers a raw, dramatic canvas unlike any studio. Think towering gates, rusted metal, cavernous halls, and cell blocks echoing with untold drama. This November, we are transforming its intimidating reputation into an irresistible creative playground.

The Mission: Finding Freedom in the Frame
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find the light within the darkness.
Our event is broken down into three dramatically different "Zones" or narratives, ensuring every age, gender, and experience level finds their perfect photographic challenge.

Prison Shoot Start 5pm until 8pm
Photographer £85
Models are £20 to attend however £10 of the free will be a refundable deposit. If you cancel or don't not turn up the £20 will not be refunded however once you attend the event the £10 depsoit can be refunded or kept as a rolling depsoit for future events.
To secure your place at our event please send the payment Via FRIEND on PayPal to [email protected] with the note 'PRISON'. Please note if the payment is not sent via friend you will need to add the extra charge on, otherwise you will be refunded and your place will not be secure.
