Hello DSPs/Agencies,We’re planning a Lunch & Learn for Direct Support Professionals on Wednesday, February 4, from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM in the Carousel Center conference room (1112 Gallia Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662).
This will be a chance to come together, share resources, and get practical support from our SSA leadership team. You’re encouraged to bring questions and real-world scenarios.
On the agenda:
• BRITTCO Launch – what you need to know and where to get support
• The new interRai assessment
• Open Q&A and resource sharing
Support will be available from SSA Director Chad Phipps; Kristi Cyrus, Provider Liaison will be on hand to help facilitate provider questions. Members of the SSA team , will also be available.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP by ***January 30, 2026** so we can plan appropriately for seating and lunch.
