SCC4Kids Annual Fall Conference 2026
About this Event
Snyder County Coalition 4 Kids invites the public to attend its 2026 Annual Conference "From Basic Needs to Brighter Futures" . (Also providing some updates of the Coalition focused on youth development in Snyder County, PA.)
The SCC4K annual conference will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026 in the Stretansky Concert Hall of the Cunningham Center at Susquehanna University from 8:00 AM - 12:00noon. Doors open at 7:45AM.
The event will include networking, speakers, and a panel discussion. The conference is free of charge and open to the public. Any additional conference and speaker details will become available on Facebook @SCC4Kids.
Limited same day registration will be available at the event on October 19th from 7:45-8:15am. Pre-registration is encouraged & appreciated!

8:20 – 8:30 am: WELCOME & COALITION UPDATES, Nathan Morgan, SCC4K Chair
8:30 – 9:30 am: Keynote Speaker: EMILY GORSKI, DIG FURNITURE BANK
(Introduction by Mike Piecuch, Snyder/Union County Judge)
As the founder and executive director of a local nonprofit that provides families with gently used furniture and household goods at no cost to them, Emily Gorski knows first-hand the rewards and challenges of working to meet basic needs here in the Susquehanna Valley. Emily will talk about her journey and how community organizations can help restore stability and dignity to families in need.
