Students will begin with an introduction to the scalp and the six most common scalp conditions. With this knowledge, students learn how to address these conditions and implement salon and retail protocols that generate solutions and revenue. By emphasizing five-star service standards, students not only receive the technical education they require but also a deeper understanding of each individual client’s needs. This will enable students to exceed service and technical expectations, thereby building brand loyalty and attracting repeat business. Course Hours 4
