Surrey Research Park and the University of Surrey is the place to be as we team up with ScaleUp Britain, the London Stock Exchange, and key partners to bring the ScaleUp Britain Summit to the south east on Thursday, 16 April!

This event will be open to all scaling businesses as well as ecosystem players supporting these businesses.

The event will delve into the funding landscape and options to raise capital in 2026 and beyond; providing insights on new initiatives to tap into private capital and access a broader and deeper investor pool, including institutional capital in an easier, simpler way whilst remaining private, while one’s company grows.

It will be a great opportunity to hear about the various funding and scaleup support initiatives in train, as well as offer excellent opportunities to network with peers.

The afternoon programme will include expert insights from:

• London Stock Exchange on the latest developments in capital markets; listing rules and the Private Securities Market that will be open to scaleup businesses to access a broader community of investors in a more seamless efficient manner and open up liquidity to you.
• The ScaleUp Institute setting the scaleup scene in the South East.
• The University of Surrey and experts from local ecosystem players who will discuss what support is currently available to scaleups.
• Expert advice from leading funders and advisors who will discuss the latest trends.
• Scaling businesses, including those based at Surrey Research Park, talking about their scaling journeys and the experiences learned along the way.
