Scale My Biz is an intensive business growth accelerator designed for established, high-growth-potential businesses owned by founders of color who are ready to move from momentum to meaningful scale.
Built for entrepreneurs who have already proven their concept, this program delivers advanced business management curriculum focused on the strategies, systems, and infrastructure required for sustainable growth.
Participants will deepen their ability to:
- Increase revenue
- Strengthen operations
- Make data-driven financial decisions
- Position their businesses for capital and procurement opportunities
- Build long-term sustainability and scalability
Through Scale My Biz, founders will refine growth strategies that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and resilience while gaining the tools needed to scale with clarity and confidence.
