The DFW Strategy Coordinator (SC) Training is a 4 day intensive designed to serve multiplication practitioners across the Metroplex. Together, we will sharpen our strategies, strengthen our networks, and create ongoing rhythms for reaching every county, people group, and neighborhood in DFW and beyond.
Whether you are focused on local harvest, diaspora outreach, worker care, or long-term residencies, this gathering will equip you to coordinate gospel movements in your context.
Our Goal
To serve and strengthen multiplication laborers in DFW by:
- Cross-pollinating ideas and best practices.
- Developing county/geographic ownership and people group engagement.
- Establishing ongoing rhythms of prayer, training, and outreach.
- Equipping leaders in the 5 T’s (Targeting, Tracking, Teaming, Tools, Training).
- Sharing case studies and “iron-on-iron” sessions from practitioners in the field.
Who Should Attend
- Current and emerging Strategy Coordinators.
- Multiplication practitioners with influence in their county, city, or people group.
- Leaders hungry for DFW-wide collaboration.
- Anyone committed to seeing no place left without the gospel.

Thursday–Saturday: 10:30am – 6:30pm (lunch included)
Sunday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
