About this Event

During this training, we will have a discussion on the tools SC Housing uses to create and preserve affordable housing across the state. Topics will include the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, the South Carolina Housing Tax Credit, and Multifamily Tax Exempt Bonds, along with our Small Rental Development Program, Supportive Housing Program, and Home Repair Programs. We will broadly cover what these fund sources are and how to apply for them.
