𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀
The Majority of dance classes will be 𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗮 and held by Dr Sbu, he will invite you to his world of footwork and excercises aswell as take you through what influenced pantsula and how it became what it is today. Sweat and smiles are promised in these classes, they might challenge you both physically and mentally but that's the beauty of it. We come out stronger and healthier.
These fast paced rythmical classes are balanced out with Joanna Skywalkers 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱, 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀. After having trained the technically demanding dancestyle popping for 10+ years she draws her inspiration from this practise aswell with some of her own techniques and ideas on how to isolate the body, work with dynamics, speeds and imagination. In these classes you will find your way back to your breath and to your heart. Here, patient is the key, give yourself time and honesty.
Other actives included in the retreat is listed below
