Join us for a rejuvenating day out in nature at Rattray Marsh Conservation Area!
SBS Hikes have become a staple within the community, these 1.5 hour nature walks are more than a workout, they're a wellness experience.
During this class, guided meditation helps us to balance the mind, tree hugging connects us with nature and grounding exercises strengthens our bonds with the earth.
We wrap things up with a moment of gratitude, reflecting on the beauty of the journey and the peace found in nature, offering a perfect blend of physical activity and spiritual renewal, leaving you refreshed and inspired.
