Award-winning acoustic blues artist Doug MacLeod will make his first appearance in Santa Barbara in six years. He will be the featured artist at the annual Member Appreciation Show of the Santa Barbara Blues Society.
Doug MacLeod has been nominated over twenty times for a Blues Music Award given by the Blues Foundation, the largest blues music organization in the world, and he has won the BMA four times as Acoustic Artist of the Year. MacLeod is a fine singer and songwriter and a guitar wizard. His performances are poignant, heartwarming, humorous, always special, and never the same.
The 2025 Member Appreciation Show will be on the evening of Feb. 22 at the Unitarian Society of Santa Barbara, 1535 Santa Barbara Street. SBBS members will be admitted free; admission for all others is only $10. Tickets will be available only at the door of the show. Beverages including beer and wine will be available to purchase.
