Online Reservations begin on 8/2/25 at 3:00 pm. The last day to reserve or purchase any add-ons is Wednesday, 9/17/25, at 10 pm.

If you preorder the $5 Fun Tab Pack or the 3 for $5 Buckaroos, please make sure to pick up your order by 2:30 pm. If you purchased those games, and happen to miss them, there will be NO REFUNDS on missed games.

On the day of the event, we will be accepting credit cards for any additional strips/buy-ins you wish to purchase. Additional Buy-Ins (previously known as an "Upgrade") will only be available to preorder in-person at Vaca Valley Bingo during regular operating hours. There will be a LIMITED number of Additional Buy-Ins available to purchase (same items as a regular $85 Buy-In - you MUST have a reservation to purchase the additional buy-in).
