The U.S. Small Business Administration Mississippi District Office (SBA) invites you to Mississippi Meet the Lenders in Jackson, a Small Business–Lender Match-Making Event. This event will provide small business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet with Banks, Microlenders, Alternative Lenders, and SBA to discuss the availability of SBA loans.

A one-stop forum for business owners and entrepreneurs to:

• Pitch financing needs to top small business lenders
• Learn what lenders look for in a winning loan proposal
• Understand the loan application process
• Counseling Sessions with SBA Resource Partners Network

Come prepared with multiple copies of your business plan for distribution. SBA has a “Build a Business Plan” online tool that guides small business owners through creating a basic, downloadable business plan. Another great resource is the Mississippi Resource Partners Network. Call the SBA Mississippi District Office at (601) 965-4378 to locate your nearest counselor for assistance in preparing your business plan. Representatives from the Resource Partners Network will be available for individual consultations. SBA’s Learning Center hosts a variety of self-paced online training courses to help entrepreneurs explore and learn about the many aspects of business ownership.
