Saṁvādaśibiram 2026

Saṁvādaśibiram is a residential, #immersive #Samskritam learning program conducted by Samskrita Bharati USA at Padam, Aldie, VA. The program focuses on active communication in Samskritam, helping participants build fluency and confidence through a structured, interactive methodology inspired by the highly successful Saṃvādaśālā course in India. This is only the second time this workshop is being conducted in #NorthAmerica.

Dates: July 15–19, 2026 (arrival July 14; departure after 2:00 PM on July 19)
Duration: 5-day residential workshop
Fee: $550 per person (includes lodging, meals, and all program activities)

Accommodation: On-site housing provided, with separate arrangements for female participants
Eligibility
The program is intended for adults with at least two years of exposure to Samskritam, such as through Samskrita Kendrams, completion of at least Level 1 (Pravesha) of DLP exams, or two or more years of S2S coursework. Participants should be able to form simple sentences, read Devanagari, and have basic vocabulary. Participants must be able to move independently without mobility assistance.
