A unique workshop using fun exercises to help you stop overthinking and say what you really mean. Small group. Big shift
About this Event

Ever find yourself holding back in conversations? Not saying what you really mean?

You have the thought. The perfect response. The thing you actually want to say — and then the moment passes and you didn't say it.

Say it is a 90-minute workshop designed for exactly that feeling.

Through warm, low-pressure exercises inspired by improv, you'll practise thinking on your feet, speaking up in the moment, and getting more comfortable saying what's actually in your head — before it's perfectly polished.

What you'll work on:

  • Speaking up before the moment passes
  • Thinking on your feet and responding in real time
  • Getting out of your head and into the conversation
  • Feeling more comfortable being heard

What to expect on the night:

  • A warm, relaxed room — no performance, no cringe
  • Fast-paced, fun exercises that actually work
  • Max 12 people, kept deliberately small
  • You'll leave feeling lighter than when you walked in

Who is this for? Anyone who overthinks in meetings, holds back in conversations, or just wants to feel a bit more confident saying what they think. No experience needed. Just show up.

📅 Tuesday 12th May 🕡 6:30pm 📍 Dublin 2 🎟 €20

Facilitated by Sara Young — workshop facilitator with 10+ years experience running communication and confidence workshops for teams at Google, KPMG, Personio and more.
