We are excited to announce our saxophone workshop!Saxophone Workshop Lead by Timothy Ruedeman (soloist, collaborator, orchestral musician, and woodwind doubler, and educator at NYU, William Paterson University, CUNY Queens College, and Oberlin Conservatory of Music).
Be sure to bring your saxophone, there will be opportunities to perform!
We will also have a selection of Vandoren mouthpiece and reed products on-hand for trial!
Cost & Registration Details:
-This is a FREE event
-Space is extremely limited (20 spots available for participants)
-Parents are welcome but standing room only
-Tickets are required for students participating in the event, parents do not need tickets
-While anyone is welcome to attend, this event is best suited for clarinet players with three or more years of experience.

Who is Timothy Ruedeman?
Dr. Timothy Ruedeman is an acclaimed American saxophonist known for his virtuosity and versatility. He has performed with major ensembles like the New York Philharmonic, Greenwich Symphony, and at international festivals in Italy and Macau. Based in New York City, he is a key figure in the new music scene, collaborating with groups like Bang On A Can and International Contemporary Ensemble. A founding member of the Grammy-nominated New Hudson Saxophone Quartet, Dr. Ruedeman has premiered over seventy new works and recorded with artists such as The Cars, Vampire Weekend, and Todd Rundgren. Dr. Ruedeman is a faculty member at NYU, Queens College, and William Patterson University, and has taught at Juilliard and Peabody Conservatory. He holds degrees from Oberlin Conservatory and a PhD from NYU.
