Sax & Soul is a South Carolina-based duo featuring Alondra Johnson and Cody Sax, both recent graduates of Coastal Carolina University's Department of Music. Together, they bring a dynamic blend of jazz, soul, R&B, pop, and contemporary favorites to audiences across the region. Both musicians have performed extensively throughout the United States and abroad. Johnson is a Sony Music Group Global Scholar and a Country Music Association Education alumni whose work spans performance, research, and arts advocacy. Sax serves as Principal Clarinet with the Florence Symphony Orchestra and maintains an active performance career, collaborating with ensembles and artists internationally.
