SAW Student Exhibition

Please join us as we celebrate the amazing work created by the Young Artists in our Summer Art Workshop (SAW) program. For eight weeks this summer, in four unique sessions, the Art Central Foundation provided nearly 500 hours of in-depth visual arts instruction to regional students from Middletown & the seven surrounding school districts. Over 200 pieces of art will be displayed, many of these are offered for sale with the Young Artist keeping 80% of the sale price. Each year the exhibition is judged by professional artists; this year's judges are Herb Goodman, Middletown native and Professor Emeritus in the art department of EKU and Susan Gertz, award winning photographer and recently retired from Miami University. They will be choosing winners in several categories for both the Student Exhibition & an additional themed show: "Creative Creatures".
